This policy explains how Vidora AI Agency (“Vidora,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit vidoraagency.com, contact us, book a consultation, or receive text messages sent through our platform, VidoraOps.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email, phone number, company, and anything else you share when you email us, book a call, or become a client.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile information may be shared only with service providers that help us deliver messages, such as telecommunications carriers and messaging platforms, and only for that purpose.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do so. These include our website host, our scheduling tool (Calendly), our email provider, messaging and telecommunications providers, and the business tools our clients ask us to connect, such as their CRM. When we process lead data for a client, that client controls it and we use it only to provide our services to them.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Vidora, our clients, or others.
How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, to comply with legal requirements, or as directed by the client whose leads we serve. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.
