Your data

Owned by you. Never sold.

You own your leads and conversations. We use them only to run the service for you.
Never sold or shared for marketing. Your leads' phone numbers and consent are never passed to third parties for their marketing.
Export anytime. Download every lead and conversation as a spreadsheet from your dashboard.
Deleted on request. When you leave, we export your data for you and then delete it.

Messaging

Replies only to people who reached out. VidoraOps doesn't cold text or email, and doesn't use purchased lists.
STOP works instantly. A lead who texts STOP is never texted again, by the AI or your team, unless they text START.
No made-up answers. Replies never quote prices or make commitments on your behalf.

Access

Encrypted connections. Everything travels over HTTPS.
Password-protected dashboards. Each business has its own dashboard, and passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
Verified incoming messages. Incoming texts are checked to confirm they really come from our carrier, and each business's email connection uses its own secret key.
Abuse protection. Public forms and connections are rate-limited and every field is validated before it's processed.
